My review:-In this book you will learn how to rewire your brain, help you understand why we act the way we do, even though we might not want to. We all face challenges in everyday life but some of those challenges we react differently and this book will help you understand more. The book is set out in 15 chapters, each chapter has a colouring page and a space to journal, which I found relaxing. Also Donna has added a Journaling Exercise, Meditation, Chakra, Colour and Crystal, and an Affirmations at the end of each chapter. At the back of the book Donna has included a Resource List, a great Spotify Playlist, Movies, and Books. This is a book that I will go back to many times, even if it is just to dip into certain chapters that I think may help me at that time. I do think this book would relate to a lot of people, that just needs that bit of help to understand how they are facing challenges in their life.
