My Review:-This is Book Three of 'The Dashford Comedies' by Suzanne Lissaman. The story is set in two places and timelines, Paris, 1964 and Devon, 2020. Nancy hears from an old flame back in Paris, where she once lived, many years ago. What could he possibly want from her and why? With her best friends, Em and Lucy, the three of them set of to Paris, after all Nancy needs to know the reason for the letter. We learn about Nancy's life back many years ago in Paris and what happened that day, that made her leave Paris and head to the UK. The story shows us friendship is an important part of life, as well as resilience. This was an easy but enjoyable read that I ended reading in one day. I hope Suzanne has more from the Dashford series for us.
