My Review:-My grandchildren and I did this book together. This is a lovely book that shows kindness, gratitude, and empathy. After each nursery rhyme there is six faces each on showing an emotion, with a few questions that there can point to what face they think is right or even how they feel. We all loved singing the nursery rhymes together. The art work is bright, colourful, even the three mice Brie, Cheddar and Goudal are so cute.

My Review:-Maya should be getting ready for her first day at school, but when she woke up in the morning she wasn't feeling well. Maya's tiny warriors inside her have started to fight to make her feel better. Her mother puts her back to bed to rest and sleep. This book explains in a plain, simple, friendly and fun way how Maya's immune system works to fight any gems that can make you feel unwell. This book is fun, educational, and great for children of all ages.

My Review:- I read this book with my grandchildren, and we all enjoyed it. Sebastian and Simone are not just brother and sister, they are twins. In this book Sebastian and Simone show how being twins mean twice the fun and always having someone to help. The shows how working together and sharing can be fun and it is also helpful. The illustrations are colourful with plenty to talk about. Each book has activity at the back for children to do, colouring, counting, matching and memorization. We will be reading more about Sebastian and Simone

My Review:-Amanda moves to a new house in Longmeadow, New England. Amanda isn't like other children, she has a talent, she sees faces everywhere she goes...sidewalk cracks, brook stones, even trees. Daisy is Amanda's little kitten, that always sleeps with her, until one night Amanda wakes up with no Daisy next to her. Going outside to look for Daisy, Amanda makes new friends...Amika, Tetti, Connie, Melvin trees that can talk to her and she can talk back. There is only one problem Cronus, Cronus doesn't think the trees should talk to humans and tells the other trees it's wrong to talk to humans. This is a story that shows good and bad. This is a beautiful book with detailed drawings.

My Review:-This is Book Two in 'The Black Spring Crime series'. Jasper is now a trained assassin, he was trained by Foster, the man that killed his family. Foster kidnapped him and raised him. Jasper has followed  in the footsteps of Foster, not just a killer but also raising children of those he has killed. Jasper is telling his story in letters to Gulliver each one has a different date and name explaining how he came to be with Foster. This book had me hooked from page one, building a story in great detail, making it more interesting as you turn each page. It was a easy read that I didn't want to put down. Can't wait until Book Two is out.

My Review:-This book is a collection of short stories. These stories are a mixture of magical and ones that we can relate to. I found 'Duskers' was so close to what a lot of people go through everyday, with chronic illness and trying to find someone that can understand just what it is like. I have chronic illness and like Helena in the book was gaslighted by the doctors. I also enjoyed 'Disillusioned by Mermaids', It was nice for a book to have stories about chronic illness as it's something that isn't spoken about as much as it should be, thank you for that.

There is a book that you can pick up and down. There is something for everyone.
