My Review:-I just want to say don't let the 644 pages put you off, just keep reading and you won't be disappointed.

 This book has a bit of everything...mystery, sci-fi, horror, secrets, lies and even some humour. Charlie Cooper seen the school bus pull up, he knew he only had two minutes to get on the bus before it would pull away. His friend was sitting near the rear window next to an empty seat (something for you to remember). Ten years later and nothing has changed since that day Charlie disappeared. 13 year old Amee Florence is a new girl at school, but Amee isn't like any of the other girls at school, she has a secret. Will Amee's secret help solve the disappearance of Charlie on that day in 1988, does she know something that someone is hidden? Is what happened still got something to do with someone that lives near by?  It's a book that I really want to tell you more about but I don't want to give anything away. I had to read it in a few sittings, but putting it down wasn't easy and had me thinking even when I wasn't reading it.

My Review:-After the death of her mother, Connie Cooper who is a classical singer is finding it hard to carry on with her life. Her father has found a new less of life, wearing a shirt and tie with Jeans, dying his hair the colour of hummus and now heading to the Lake District with Madge, someone he met at the local hiking club. After having a not so good night at a special job that her agent Nanny lined up for her, she now got nothing, that is until she gets a call from Nanny to say she has one last job, take it or leave...Liam drops Connie off at the airport and head her towards the terminal with only her carry-on case in hand. The Dollz are standing waiting at the door, you can't miss them. Hi, I'm Connie was all she could think of....was it going to be this simple, I don't think so, this is only the start of the fun and games. There is so much happening from start to finish, you'll not want to put it down, I read it in one sitting. Can Connie overcome everything she once feared and become a different person with the help of The Dollz and not forgetting Muatteo.  I'm 100% Geordie, so I could relate to everything so easily.

My Review:-Single dad Matt has been through so much, that he doesn't want to go through anything like it again. Toby, Matt's son is the most important thing to him. Rosie has also been through a lot but has a different look on life than Matt. When Matt takes on a nanny for Toby, it's Rosie that becomes Toby's nanny. Even through it's strictly professional, you can feel that it's not the more you read on. Rosie forms a special bond with Toby, which is lovely to see.

 The story is told in two POV between Matt and Rosie. Set in the beautiful Cotswold countryside in a small town. A beautiful romance that will warm your heart.

My Review:-I've read a lot of self-help books, but I found this one different. Taz has been where you are and knows how you feel. Taz shows you that you are awesome no matter what others think or see of you. You don't have to be like everyone else or what people want you to be. Taz makes you look at yourself in a different way and helps you to do just that. There are 'Awesome Challenges' that Taz has set for you to complete. I read the full book before going back to the challenges.

 It's  a book that you can go back to whenever you need someone to say 'You've Got This'

My Review:-HILARIOUS from start to finish. Ashley and Chris, are two junior surgeons in Serenity Hospital, a bit like any NHS hospital. They take us on a hilarious read, some dark humour, but not all. We see how medical staff react with patients, families and also with each other. Having spent the last four years in and out of hospital, I found I could relate to some of the things they tells us. I would recommend it to anyone related in the medical field. I'll be handing this to the nurses on the ward I'm gong on next.

My Review:-Madness comes circling around. Ten years, has the local Irish close knit community real changed? Donal Ryan has gave 21 voices a chapter to their life. Things are passed down through generations, both the good and the bad. Family history, love, beliefs and prejudices...each of their stories are told differently, yet are they really any different to the past.  Even in a small community there is still blackmail, drug dealing and organized crime. The book starts with Bobby, after going away on a stag night to Amsterdam, he comes home to find that there's a compromising photo of him, and it's not just him that sees the photo, it's been posted on WhatsApp for all his friends to see. Bobby also has a secret from Triona, he visits her mother, his mother-in-law two or three times a week on his way home, as she is dying and in a hospice. The book ends with Triona, she knows about Bobby visiting her mother but says nothing. Triona mother died the day after an explosions at Mickey's house. I loved reading the book, even though I've never read any of Donal other books, I found the book still easy to follow.

My Review:-This is the second in the JJ Jenson series. The books starts telling us the story from 10 years ago that JJ Jenson worked on, with a bit of help from Davie George, about Daniel Boyd, a seven-year-old boy going to the park with his two older brother, Jason and Terry. Daniel goes missing with two suspects Charles David Creswell and Mr Bryn Jenkins, it's not long before Creswell is found dead, as well as his house being burn down. Because of this case JJ left the police force, but it still haunts him about what happened with Daniel and the out came. Which you'll have to read for yourself as I'm not given any spoilers away with this one. This book I found a lot more interesting and a excellent storyline, something to get your teeth into. There is enough twist and turns to keep you going, which made me read it in one sitting. Even this is a dual timeline, it's easy to follow, but I would say read the first book if you can as it's a great series.
