By Dan Clark
Genre:-Psychological
Blurb:-A NEW NEIGHBOUR.
A NEW FRIEND. A NEW THREAT
At first it was exciting to see the new neighbours move into the vacant apartment across the way.....then it quickly changed.
Grace and Mike have lived in Church Place for almost four years. It's their home, they're settled and are extremely content.
When the new tenant asks for Grace's help during a time of need, she's happy to assist as it gives her an opportunity to learn more about the woman.
It isn't long until Grace and Mike discover who she really is. Only now it may be to late....

My Review:- Where do I start, this book had me grabbed from the beginning. The book is wrote in two timelines, the present and 5 years previous. 5 years previous, Dr Eric Webb is deciding whether to kill himself or not, after an accident that took the life of his wife and daughter. When he finds a woman in the river, half dead from hypothermia and injuries. But who is Alison and what happened to her?
The present, Grace and Mike have being happy living together in their flat for 5 years until Jade moved in across from them. Grace is only to happy to help Jade, after all it's a way to find out more. Who is Jade and what does she want?
I love Dan Clark books, and he hasn't disappointed me with this fast moving book. There are a few big clues dropped as you read along but there are also plenty of twists and turns that just kept coming
