He suspects that everyone is hiding a secret, including George Strabane, the landowner whom Callum works for.

My Review:-When I see Scottish and thriller, I always expect something good and this was right at the top. We have Joan, a grandmother who's grandson Robbie age 16 years-old went missing. That was 12 years ago and the police wouldn't do anything as they said he had ran away from home, but Joan knows he's still around some where. Joan asks her neighbour Callum MacGarvey to help her. Callum, once a police detective in Glasgow, but lives in his cottage, after losing his job, his wife and his child. Will he help?
Laura is a young archaeologist, who's digging at Gallow Hill and finds some bones, who's bones are they?
The author knows how to keep you guessing and the pages turning.
