Falling Star

Falling Star (The Rise and Fall of Dani Truehart #3)
By Michele Kwasniewski
Genre:-YA Fiction
Blurb:-Minutes before her scheduled performance at the party for her third album, sixteen-year-old pop sensation Dani Truehart regains consciousness amid the smoking wreckage of a car accident, the crumbled body of a cyclist splayed on the ground. Moments after the accident, Dani's manager, Jenner Redman, reaches the scene and his impulsive decision sets in motion a chain of events that will have catastrophic consequences for everyone in the starlet's orbit.
Later, when scandal threatens to destroy the dazzling career of the world's most beloved pop star, Dani must choose between accepting responsibility for her disastrous choices, possibly destroying her fame and fortune, or sacrificing those who made her famous and everyone she loves to preserve the stardom she has spent her entire life working to achieve.

My Review:-This is Book 3 in the 'Rise and Fall of Dani Truehart Series'. The cover is perfect for this book, just how I imagined Dani would be like on stage. It does say this can be read as a standalone, but I felt like I was missing some things, so I decided to stop reading and read Books 1 & 2 first. I'm so please I did stop as I started to understand more about Dani and just how much she wanted her singing career. Dani must put all the wrongs she's made right and sort her own life out. I don't like spoiling the story but all I will say is I loved the end.
Michele has a lovely writing style that will pull you into the book. I loved the way she describes the characters, I felt like I really knew them.
