My Review:-I read this book along with my 9-year-old granddaughter, who loved it.
The illustrations are bright, colourful and will appeal to children and adults, both young and old. The book tells the story of a girl called Lia who wants a pet to go on an adventure with her, but at the same time we have a Lion who wants someone to follow his lead. I love how the story shows even though they are both different in many ways they can still became friends.
The illustrations on each page gives plenty to talk about with younger children. This book is easy to read.
