Blurb:-The time of peace is over. The time of war has begun.
Bera is struggling to reconcile her duties as a woman with her destiny as a Valla. Under the weight of her extraordinary ability to shape the future, She finds freedom only at sea on her beloved longboat. But when she discovers that Vikings have taken her kin as slaves on Wolf Island, she knows she has no choice but to follow.
Warned the Chaos is coming, Bera sets off once more on a quest to save her people. Using her smith's iron lore and the knowledge of her Valla ancestors, she follows an ancient path into a labyrinth deep underground, where human time is meaningless. Forced to confront her worst foe, a sacrifice is demanded to finally bring peace-and human love. What will she choose?
The voyage that began with Sea Paths and continued with Obsidian ends with Landfall, Bera's most dangerous and important journey of all.

My Review:-This is final book in 'The Book of Bera Trilogy.' Bera began her journey as a young adult, growing stronger as we read each book, she gave birth to a daughter and did question herself at times. But like any strong woman, she dug in deep and carried on and now we are taken her final journey by her side. Bera knows war is coming, and she must try and stop it. It's her destiny as a Valla, she has the ability to do it, she just needs to believe in herself. Will she be able to being everything she has learnt over her journey together to conquer her final quest.
I have loved being on this journey with Bera and will miss her. Bera has shown that woman can be just as strong and good as men.
