My Review:-I've read and try many different diets, so I wanted to see why this one is different. Well I have to say this one didn't bore me after 10 minutes, I enjoyed reading this book. Amy wasn't just do this and don't do that, Amy took everything into consideration, nutrition, exercise and health. I found that Amy looks at improving your lifestyle and feeling good inside as well as outside. There are examples about healthier snacks, meals, lifestyle and not to deprive yourself of things. I didn't see this as a diet book, more as a book to help and show you how to have a better life.
