I think a lot of people do pretend in life for many reasons we probably will never know. Yes I do pretend most days but nothing big or would effect anyone else, I will always say that I'm doing ok, but I know inside I'm not, but this is only so I don't worry people and I do hate saying I'm having a really bad day. That's as far as I go with my pretending.  But there is people that live a life that they have made up and do believe it's true.
