Yes, I do believe that there is spiritual. My Nana died when I was 20 years old, but I still feel she is with me, helping me when I need her. I also believe my husband is with us, especially at home where he died. There is times when I can't find something or need something and can't find it and I will ask if he can let me know where it is, and we will find it not long after.
